About Jenny

As Founder and Chief Motivational Officer at SBACC, Jenny brings more than 30 years of business aviation experience to her work. Her background includes growing up in her family’s former FBO, Showalter Flying Service (KORL), leading regional business aviation associations in Florida, recruiting top talent for corporate flight departments, and launching SBACC in 2022.

With personal ties to the industry as the wife, daughter, and sister of business aviation pilots, she offers a unique perspective that helps professionals navigate their careers with clarity and confidence.
