Before a recruiter or hiring manager ever sees your resume, it has to get past Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI screening tools. Many qualified candidates never make it that far. Your resume has one purpose: reach the decision-maker. I help you build a document that does exactly that.

Whether you’re starting fresh, updating for an active job search, or positioning your experience for a specific role, I bring deep business aviation insight so we focus on what matters and leave out what doesn’t.

My Process:

We start with a collaborative 60-minute Zoom intake to review experience and career direction. From there, I deliver a draft resume within 7–10 business days, followed by a 30-minute Zoom edit session (60-minutes for Soar resumes) to refine and finalize it so clients can move forward with confidence.

Cover Letters & LinkedIn

A cover letter allows space to add color, context, and personality. It can also address a career transition, challenge, or goal. Its purpose is to remove uncertainty, strengthen understanding, and clearly explain why someone is well suited for the role.

LinkedIn is an essential professional tool for networking and job search credibility and is often reviewed alongside a resume. When aligned properly, it reinforces experience and strengthens a professional brand.
