Outplacement Support for Business Aviation Professionals
Job loss is never easy, especially in the dynamic world of business aviation. Layoffs, department closures, and organizational change carry real emotional weight, bringing uncertainty, stress, and urgency. How people are supported during these moments matters.
My outplacement support includes one-on-one coaching, resume development, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and focused career guidance designed specifically for business aviation professionals. As a dedicated industry resume writer, I help participants get up and running quickly with a professional, aviation-focused resume and online presence so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Participants also benefit from my deep aviation industry connections and active involvement across the industry. Through long-standing relationships, I stay closely attuned to hiring trends, recruiter expectations, and what flight departments are looking for. I share those insights to help individuals position themselves effectively and make informed decisions during their job search.
Since 2020, I’ve supported more than 100 displaced aviation professionals across a wide range of roles, helping them regain confidence, momentum, and direction during a pivotal career moment.
My goal is to make each transition as supported, focused, and forward-moving as possible for everyone I have the privilege to work with.

"Jenny has been an amazing asset through my entire job search process. Shortly after receiving the news of a flight department shutdown, she was brought in, and we had the opportunity to sit down and discuss her services. I was immediately at ease with her demeanor, and confident in her abilities to steer me in the right direction. Her knowledge of business aviation, and subtle nuances of resume building and interview preparation, were very reassuring. She walked with me through the entire process and was one of the first to offer congratulations on my acceptance of a new job offer. I'm grateful to have had Jenny in my corner. She was an integral part of getting me back in the seat again.”
